IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO LAUNCH247 FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
